Character Profile: Spirit

Here is yet another character profile, and he is the virtue of Temperance for this plot on my rp forum. This was made many, many months ago :]

Height; about 5’9

Age; 100 years

Species; Angel

Appearance;

Spirit has slightly fluffy wings, with a wingspan of 3 feet on each side (6 feet all together). He has slightly spiky hair with bangs that cover his right eye. He wears pure white gloves, and has soft, and tan skin. He wears all white clothes, and has dark blue eyes. he has a slightly sharp nose and thin pink lips. He wears gold boots, and has a gold belt with a green sheath with a silver sword. On his neck there is a scar that runs from his chin to his right shoulder. He usually wears a collar, so you almost never see it. He always wears pants and long sleeves, even if it is in the desert.

He has a faint halo around his head that you can barely see in daylight, but it glows bright in the dark.

Personality;

Spirit is very calm. He is very sneaky and likes to listen in on conversations. He is very adventurous, and loves to hike and see new places. He loves to meditate, and does it often. He had a very, very good self control, as he is one of the Virtues, which he is temperance. He likes to think and plan things before he acts, and is very analytical. He knows what he can and cannot do, and does not go beyond his physical or emotional boundaries.

Spirit, since he is the virtue Temperance, can never be tempted to do something. He believes what he believes, and that is all. Peer Pressure is not an issue to him, as he can ignore anything, he can even ignore a monkey who is climbing all over him. He cares about the rocks, and plants. He loves the natural world of the Earth, and can be seen talking to plants. Yes, he talks to plants. Deal with it, because he will never stop. The plants don’t answer, but he doesn’t care. He likes plants better than humans. He has control of his emotions, his actions and thoughts, as he is Temperance. He will eat and drink until he is full.

Spirit is very fond of Kireth, and sends letters to her often, and is sometimes seen taking walks with her too.

History;

Spirit is a child of the creator God, and a loyal servant. He was sent to Zireling when he was able to walk, and has stayed there ever since. His duty? to show that people should have control over themselves and not let peer pressure overcome them. His purpose was also to stop evil, but it wasn’t much of a priority, so Spirit just focused on the one job. he meditated in the loudest, busiest places, staying calm and happy. It was at that time the sins were tolerating the virtues.

He didn’t seem to care about humans.

He did get in a little trouble at 50 years, which gave him the scar on his neck which he has today. Taking a walk in the Xanriith forest, Spirit cam upon a girl. It was an angel, and a very pretty one too. Spirit waved at the angel, but how did she welcome him? She begged for mercy, and kneeled before him.

“What is wrong?” Spirit asked, his eyes wide.

“I… I…” The girl had stuttered, and she looked back quickly. “The sins!” The sins? What did they do?

“What” Spirit said, hugging the girl to comfort her. The girl then told him that the sins were turning against virtues, and that the girl had been sent to warn her brother by God. “Who is you’re brother?” Spirit asked, very surprised. And it was then, the angel took out her knife and cut him. “OW!” Spirit screamed and jumped up, touching his bloody neck. “I am your sister- and I was ordered to cut you so you will take note of the pain of the world. You have not cared about humans, and so God said to tell you to take care of everyone. Spirit nodded, and took the cloth the angel offered. “I am your sister, Kireth” And with that, his sister hugged him.

“I must go” Kireth said, “Write to me? I live in the village!” and with that, Spirit’s sister was gone. Spirit was aware that the sins were out and about, but he didn’t let it get to him. He didn’t want to fight, but since the world had gotten…rougher he had been taught to fight. He was annoyed at the thought of Gluttony and him fighting, but if it came to it, he planned to do whatever it took.

He wrote letters to Kireth, and set out to find the other virtues. Kireth was not a virtue, which was odd, but he assumed that it had just worked out that way. Being young, he assumed a lot of things. He got a house in the Xanriith forest, as he did grow to like it, and he has stayed there ever since. He is still looking for the other virtues… to maybe get a way to stop something bad from happening.

Weapons; His silver sword was made only to stop evil, and was made just for him. It can cut through steel, flesh/bones and was made to kill evil creatures. It is named Swyval, and Spirit carries it everywhere. He is very skilled with it, he practices with it all the time, but rarely uses it. He prefers a more peaceful way, but if threatened enough he won’t hesitate to kill with it.

Family;

He believes God is his father.

Kireth: Sister.

He considers the Virtues siblings as well.

Class; A virtue/ traveler.

Other;

The Virtue, Temperance. He has the ability to not feel heat, but that also means that he is freezing all the time. Fire burns him very, very bad and therefore he fears it. His voice is very high and clear.
